EFRU Named the Sponsor of AB 1642

On Wednesday, March 3, EFRU was named by Assemblymember Harabedian as the sole sponsor of AB 1642, the Wildfire Environmental Safety and Testing Act. EFRU is proud to be working with Assemblymember Harabedian on this critical legislation to establish health-based contaminant testing and clearance standards for standing structures after wildland-urban interface fires—something our community has urgently needed since the earliest days of recovery.
