LAist Seeks Eaton Survivors’ Experiences With SCE’s Compensation Program

LAist is asking Eaton Fire survivors to share experiences with Southern California Edison’s voluntary compensation program, including claim offers, payment amounts, and reasons for accepting or declining. Accepting a settlement requires waiving the right to sue. The reporting project is intended to examine whether the program is meeting survivor needs before the reported November application deadline.
