EFRU Identifies a List of Omissions in the SCE Proposal Draft

EFRU has identified contamination and health-related omissions in SCE’s Proposal Draft. By releasing this outline, EFRU is neither urging nor discouraging residents to accept a settlement, nor are we suggesting these are the only concerns with the current draft. Our aim is to underscore that, as written, the proposal fails to adequately address the community’s contamination from the Eaton Fire and the long-term harms that may result if sufficient funding is not provided for robust testing, remediation, and health protections.
