Agave is a brand-new affordable housing community offering 58 apartments along Altadena’s Lake Avenue commercial corridor. Fifty-seven one-bedroom units will include project-based vouchers and are reserved for seniors experiencing homelessness, with at least one occupant in each unit living with a serious mental illness, at 30% AMI. Apartment features include modern, energy-saving appliances, sleek window coverings, and spacious walk-in closets. Community amenities include a light-filled community room and inviting gathering areas, on-site laundry facilities, dedicated bicycle parking, and on-site parking.
