CalAssist Mortgage Fund Offers Up to $100,000 in Mortgage Relief

The CalAssist Mortgage Fund provides grants to eligible homeowners affected by qualifying disasters, including the Eaton and Palisades fires. The program can cover up to 12 months of eligible mortgage or HELOC payments, up to $100,000. Assistance is paid directly to the loan servicer and does not have to be repaid. Funding is limited.
