CalHFA Disaster Rebuilding Assistance Program
CalHFA’s Disaster Rebuilding Assistance Program is available to qualifying homeowners rebuilding a primary residence that was damaged or destroyed after a declared disaster. The program works through approved construction lenders rather than a general grant application.
