EFC Seeks an Organization to Develop and Facilitate a Youth Recovery Council

The Eaton Fire Collaborative has approved a permanent Youth Recovery Council and is seeking a qualified organization or entity to develop, launch, and facilitate it. The planned council is expected to include approximately 7–9 young people ages 16–24, with compensated youth participation intended. The current opening is an organizational RFP—not an application for youth seats. Proposals are due August 31 at 5:00 p.m. PT; submissions go to Michael Ocon at michael@efclc.org.
