EFSN Insurance Survey: Share What Happened With Your Claim

Every Fire Survivor’s Network is collecting survivor experiences through a 15-minute Los Angeles Fire Insurance Survey. The survey is intended to document delays, denials, underpayments, and other claim experiences so survivor outcomes can be analyzed and communicated in aggregate. L.A. fire survivors are building the nation’s first public record of which companies kept that promise. And which didn’t.
