The Contractors State License Board is offering free individual assistance with license and insurance checks, bids, contracts and payment terms for Eaton Fire survivors. Sessions are scheduled 10 a.m.–4 p.m. at the Eaton Fire Collaboratory, 540 W. Woodbury Rd., Altadena, on November 5, 12 and 19.
