The ULA Emergency Income Support Program (ISP) provides up to $19,000 in unrestricted financial assistance to low-income households with a senior and/or person with a disability who are at risk of displacement from their homes. The deadline to apply is April 30. Households impacted by the January 2025 wildfires are being prioritized.
