June 30 Deadline to Apply for an SBA Wildfire Disaster Loan

The U.S. Small Business Administration says LA wildfire survivors with approved disaster loans must complete the steps needed to accept their funds by Tuesday, June 30. SBA reports that nearly 13,000 applications totaling more than $3.4 billion have been approved, but only about $1 billion has been accepted and disbursed. After June 30, approved but undisbursed assistance for this disaster will be available only on a case-by-case basis.

Action: Make sure to visit in person the Collaboratory at 540 W. Woodbury Rd in Altadena or the Ronald Reagan Palisades Post 283 at 15247 La Cruz Dr in Pacific Palisades BEFORE the end of day 6/30/26. If you already have an approved SBA disaster loan, log in to the MySBA Loan Portal now and confirm every remaining acceptance, document, and disbursement step. Make sure to confirm how long you have to activate your loan before it may be canceled.
