Medi-Cal Dental Coverage Changes for Some Adults - Make Your Appt Before July 1, 2026
LA County DPSS reports that some Medi-Cal beneficiaries age 19 and older with unsatisfactory immigration status will no longer receive full-scope dental benefits after June 30, 2026, unless they fall into an exception category. Emergency dental services will continue. Affected adults should schedule dental checkups, cleanings, and needed treatment before July 1, 2026.
