Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles has launched the Accelerator Fund, offering 200+ first-come, first-served grants available now. Eligible households can receive up to $10,000 in direct, non-repayable assistance, with funds paid directly to vendors or contractors for costs like insurance deductibles, smoke/soil remediation, contractor deposits, permitting fees, tree removal, and more. Income eligibility is up to 120% of Area Median Income (e.g., $127,200 for a single person; $180,800 for a family of four).
