SCE SWITCH Incentives for Eligible Rebuilding Homeowners

SCE's SWITCH program offers incentives for approved energy-efficient technologies installed during rebuilding or repair in the Eaton and Palisades fire areas (examples include heat pumps, heat-pump water heaters and induction appliances). Incentives are typically 100-2,400 per technology category, and eligible equipment must be purchased and installed on or after August 1, 2026. Renters and tenants are not eligible; individually owned dwellings, fire-perimeter and service-account conditions apply.
