LA County Bulletin Warns Landlords to Remediate Hazardous Ash
NOTICE TO OWNERS OF RENTAL HOUSING PROPERTY IN THE ALTADENA AND PALISADES AREAS states that remediation of ash, soot and smoke damage must be performed in all rental units and recommends that professional testing be performed to assess the extent of the contamination.
