New Affordable Housing for Eaton Fire Survivors

Beacon Housing, in partnership with the Pasadena Community Foundation and YMCA of the Foothills, is adding three new affordable ADUs at its Garfield Agape Court property in Northwest Pasadena. The units will be prioritized for low-income households displaced by the Eaton Fire. Construction begins in October, with completion expected by year’s end.
