New Senior Affordable Efficiency Housing

Abode Communities and the City of Pasadena are accepting applications for 142 affordable micro-efficiency senior apartments at Centennial Place, a newly renovated historic property one block from City Hall. The community offers secure shared spaces, a full-service kitchen, onsite laundry, and shared bathrooms, and may be a good fit for seniors or Eaton Fire survivors with limited incomes.
