The Los Angeles County Post-Fire Environmental Data Dashboard is updated continually as new assessment results are made available. Residents are encouraged to check the dashboard regularly for updates. The Dashboard has results for soil lead testing, blood lead level monitoring, and more. 2025 Wildfire Property Tax Deferral Deadline Approaching on April 30
If you deferred your property tax payments following the January 2025 wildfires, the deferral period is ending soon. All required amounts must be paid on or before April 30, 2026.
- Partial Payments: The County understands the financial challenge of multiple installments and will accept partial payments. Contact the LA County Treasurer and Tax Collector here.
- Adjusted Bills: If you were approved for a Misfortune and Calamity claim or your property was proactively reassessed, your "Adjusted Bill" is now available for payment online here.
- Disaster Relief: If your property was damaged or destroyed, you may still be eligible for tax relief or reassessment.
- Penalty Cancellation: If you cannot meet the April 30 deadline, you may request a penalty cancellation online here.
