EFRU Speaker Event with CalAssist Mortgage on 5/25

The CalAssist Mortgage Fund is coming to speak to EFRU on Monday 5/25 at 7pm. If you haven’t received CalAssist Mortgage Fund assistance yet, join us to learn more about the program and get your questions answered. Administered by the California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA), the fund was launched to provide direct mortgage relief to homeowners whose primary residences are destroyed or severely damaged to the point they have been deemed uninhabitable as the result of a qualified disaster like the Eaton Fire. The fund provides 1 year of mortgage payments, they never have to be repaid, it’s free to apply, and grants are paid directly to your mortgage servicer.
