EFSN Seeks a Formal Role in State Farm Enforcement Proceeding

Every Fire Survivor’s Network (EFSN) has petitioned to intervene in the California Department of Insurance enforcement proceeding against State Farm. EFSN says the filing is intended to give survivors a formal role in the process, including the ability to seek evidence, present testimony, question witnesses, participate in settlement discussions, and advocate for remedies that help families rebuild. EFSN reports that it has collected more than 1,600 firsthand survivor accounts and is asking that hearings be held in Los Angeles, where survivors can participate.

Action: Read EFSN’s filing and follow its insurance-accountability work. The live June 18 press conference and underinsurance webinar have passed, but recordings and expert resources remain available.
