LA County Health Survey to Study Health Needs

The LA County Department of Public Health has launched the 2026 LA County Health Survey. Randomly selected households will receive invitations to complete an adult survey, child survey, or both. The survey is available in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, and Vietnamese. The survey does not ask about citizenship or legal status, and participation does not affect household benefits. Responses are confidential. Invited residents who complete the survey will receive a gift card or check starting at $20.
