New Survey from EFSN Aims to Create Public Record of Insurer Performance After the Fires
Every Fire Survivor’s Network (EFSN) and a UCLA research team are gathering insurance experiences from Eaton and Palisades fire survivors to build a public record of insurer performance. The survey covers underinsurance, smoke-damage claims, delays, denials, underpayments, FAIR Plan experience and trust in insurers. The LA Daily News reported more than 1,100 responses had already been received, with public results intended to be released in de-identified, aggregated form.
