Smoke Damage Town Hall on AB 1642 and AB 1795

Monday, July 20, 7PM EFRU will host a virtual town hall for all fire survivors and supporters on AB 1642 and AB 1795, what these bills mean for smoke-damage survivors, and how residents can help before the August 13 Appropriations Committee vote. Legal and legislative advocacy experts will explain what is at stake for affected homes, schools, and businesses as California decides whether smoke-damaged properties are evaluated through health-protective testing and clearance or left vulnerable to standards that do not fully address contamination.

Action: Register here for the Smoke Damage Town Hall.
