Stand By: Waiting on Amendments for AB 1795

AB 1795, the insurance bill that would limit testing through loopholes, did not make it to an Assembly floor. But because AB 1795 has an urgency clause, it can still be brought back to the floor. EFRU is pushing once again for amendments to make it less injurious for fire survivors.
