Habitat for Humanity Recovery Grants Includes Standing Homes

Habitat for Humanity Greater LA is offering several programs to survivors of the 2025 LA Wildfires. The Accelerator Fund is for homeowners affected by either the Pacific Palisades or Eaton Canyon wildfires. This opportunity is open to low to moderate income households demonstrating a specific financial barrier to the next steps. It provides grants of up to $10,000 to help homeowners overcome obstacles and move forward with their repair or rebuild process. Their 2025 Rebuild LA Disaster Response program is for wildfire survivors in need of home repair or rebuild assistance. Their Appliance Replacement Grant is for those households affected by the wildfires that need assistance replacing essential appliances.
