Reports are Pending for Altadena Arts Magnet Indoor Testing

PUSD reports that indoor environmental testing at Altadena Arts Magnet was approved by the Board of Education on March 26 and completed last week. The District hired Verdantas and Vista Environmental Inc. to conduct indoor wipe and co-located air sampling, with sampling locations shown on first- and second-floor maps. Initial metals results, including lead, are expected as early as this week, with a full report to be shared once all lab analyses are complete. PUSD says the results will guide next steps, including decisions about soft goods and porous materials.
